Rootstock is dedicated to using only locally sourced ingredients in crafting premium ciders, perry, vodka, brandies, and more. Their all-natural ciders are made from the fresh fruit grown on the fifth generation family farm – DeFisher Fruit Farms. Tree vodka is also distilled on site in a custom still viewable from the tasting room that looks like an apple. Try Rootstock’s ciders and spirits in the tasting room, or enjoy at a Friday Party on the Patio, or other events like cocktail classes and cider yoga.
