Rootstock Ciderworks was the first cidery established the Rochester region since prohibition, so it’s definitely worth a stop. The apples for the ciders are grown right on their farm – in fact the entire cidermaking process happens on the farm, so the apples never leave. Their ciders are all gluten free and only contain two ingredients- New York apples and select cider-making yeasts.
